Have you noticed the number of mailers and fliers you receive in the mail or stuck in your door from real estate agents? Have you taken notice of how many of them are from Hagan Realty? The answer is probably “no” because none of them have been. At Hagan Realty, we don’t believe in these aggressive marketing tactics. We don’t send out gobs of junk mail or run around your neighborhood placing fliers on every door. We like our work to speak for itself and then let you speak for us. Our hope is that you found us by discussing your real estate needs with a friend, family member, or coworker. Maybe you personally know one of our agents. Hopefully we’ve taken care of someone you trust, so you trust us to take care of you.

Our favorite form of advertising is our client. Everything we do is done to make sure that our clients have the best experience possible with the outcome that they desire. Whether we help you buy or sell a home, we want you to be totally satisfied by the time you leave the closing table. We aren’t interested in making the quickest sale and, in turn, the fastest buck. We are interested in your total satisfaction from the first time you pick up the phone to let us know you have chosen to partner with us in the biggest investment of your life to the time you receive the keys to your new home.

When we market your home to sell, we see that marketing as serving dual purposes. We don’t actively try to solicit more business when we are helping you sell your home, but we know that people who are looking to buy your home might also be looking to sell their homes. Our marketing materials stand out in today’s market with cutting edge technology including online video tours, professional photography, and books that give more information than your typical real estate flier. We make sure to do our research on your home, your community, and the market to compile more and better information than buyers (and potential sellers) are used to seeing in today’s real estate arena.

Once we have closed the deal with you, we hope that our expertise in the market and your interactions with us have left you wanting to tell your friends about us. As a small boutique company, we don’t pay for ads on TV or to have radio slots. We think our best mouth piece is you. We want you to tell your friends and family about the experience that you have had working with us. Just like you likely found us as a referral from a trusted friend, family member, or acquaintance, we want you to pass along the same tip.

We do our best to be responsive, professional, and courteous while maintaining a level of friendship that makes you feel comfortable in telling us what you really are looking for out of your real estate transaction. We hope that this approach gives you exactly what you’re looking for in an agent, and that once your transaction is over, you will keep coming back to us for any future needs and will send your friends and family to us for their needs.
