Andrew Marr

Andrew started selling educational books during college while getting his business administration degree at Wittenberg University in Ohio.  He then worked at a non-profit while going back to school for an accounting degree.  After meeting his future wife while living in NJ, they moved to Ontario, Canada where Andrew renovated their home in his spare time with new bathrooms, hardwood floors and stairs while earning his MBA from the University of Scranton.

Since moving to Maryland, Andrew and his wife lived in Rockville before moving to Potomac. When he is not busy chasing his toddler twins or overseeing or performing renovations on their current home, Andrew enjoys watching college football, skiing, playing volleyball and other outdoor activities.

Andrew made the transition from accounting to real estate after the experience of having bought and sold 4 homes in a 5-year period gave him a deep appreciation for just how stressful and exciting the experience of buying or selling a home can be.  Realizing that he would rather focus his time and energy on helping someone fulfill their dream during this major life event, the transition from accounting to real estate was a natural fit.  As his client, you can expect Andrew’s integrity, strong work ethic, and wealth of experience to be put to work for you as Andrew keeps your best interest firmly in mind.

Highly likely to recommend

in October of 2017, I decided to buy my first home and I was referred to Andrew Marr; I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.
Andrew was very professional, knowledgeable, patient and most of all very responsive. He explained and walked me through the buying process with ease and confidence. If there were ever any questions or concerns I could always call, text or email him and within minutes he would respond back. I love my new home, and I could have never acquired it without his expert negotiating skills.

Thank you, Andrew you are the BEST!
